This 30-day program will provide you with:
- Microsoft Partner Center Assessment to outline current partnership standing
- Setup of Partner Center for new regions & Review of local competition in new territories
- Creation of localized offerings & introduction to local Microsoft resources
Using our proprietary framework, our structured approach and guidance through our Microsoft Partner Development Directors, we will create a fast path to the expansion of your Microsoft relationship.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The program includes a Microsoft Partner Center assessment to outline your existing partnership standing, the steps to set you up for new regions, a review of local competitive dynamics in each new territory, and the creation of localized offerings aligned to regional needs, along with introductions to relevant local Microsoft resources.
Together, these activities provide a structured foundation for expanding your Microsoft presence across new geographies with clarity and consistency.
- We will complete a full analysis of your Microsoft Partner Center and create a new “location” with a geography aligned business profile.
- We will conduct a full review of local Microsoft partner competition allowing you to make informed decisions on gaps and next steps.
- We will create up to 3 local focused marketplace offerings designed to give you a jumpstart in your new territory.
- We will use our connections to make introductions to local Microsoft resources allowing you to showcase your capabilities.
