WHAT YOU GET
The Microsoft Dynamics Practice Jumpstart Program is a focused engagement designed to help existing Microsoft partners launch a new Microsoft Dynamics practice quickly while gaining the knowledge of where they stand with Microsoft, and what to do to best access all available resources to develop a thriving practice.
This 30-day program will provide you with:
- Full Assessment of your Microsoft Partner Center to understand current posture
- Development of a complete Business Applications focused training plan
- Review of all available MCI programs and available incentives for Dynamics
- Creation of your first 2 Dynamics focused offerings for the Marketplace
Using our proprietary framework, our structured approach and guidance through our Microsoft Partner Development Directors, we will create a fast path to the expansion of your Dynamics Practice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Through this program, we build the foundational blocks through profile changes, program alignment, incentives, solution positioning, and go to market readiness.
By the end of the engagement, you will have the knowledge, a clear roadmap, and the confidence to grow and invest in your new practice.
- We will complete a full assessment of your Microsoft Partner Center and edit your business profile to prepare for the marketplace.
- We will develop a concrete training plan tied to the Business Applications designation allowing your team to spin up quickly.
- We will work with your team to do a complete overview of all available Dynamics funding programs and how to access them.
- We will work with your marketing team to develop your first 2 Dynamics offerings and prepare them for Marketplace listing.
