WHAT YOU GET
The Microsoft MSP Mastery Program is a focused 90-day engagement designed for managed service providers that want to become stronger, more strategic Microsoft partners. The program helps MSPs move beyond transactional licensing and reactive service delivery toward a more intentional Microsoft growth model built around security, cloud, AI, managed services, marketplace readiness, and partner-led execution.
- Interviews with key stakeholders to identify Microsoft focus areas.

- A detailed timeline-based roadmap to your partnership goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over twelve weeks, PDG works with each MSP to assess current-state maturity, identify the highest-value Microsoft growth motions, close capability gaps, and establish a practical roadmap for becoming a more credible, capable, and competitive Microsoft-aligned business.
- We will assess your current Microsoft business model, partner standing, service portfolio, skilling posture, and growth objectives.
- We will refine your Microsoft value proposition, sharpen service positioning, and define growth motions aligned to Microsoft priorities.
- We will provide skilling, certification, and offer packaging guidance for recurring managed services and advisory motions.
